What is the application process like, and what materials do I need to submit?

During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to speak with the team, learn more about the company culture, and ask any questions you may have. If you are still interested in the position after the meeting, the line manager will contact you to discuss salary and benefits.

If you are interested, we will invite you to work with us for a trial period, ranging from a day to a year. Upon successful completion of the trial period, we will offer you a permanent position within the company, either in the role you applied for or another role that you are interested in.

We offer flexible working hours, but it's crucial to work in the office during open hours when customers are available to communicate. As calling clients outside of office hours isn't possible, if you are working on the North America desk, you may need to work late, and if you are on the Asia desk, you may need to work early. We are accommodating with schedules and encourage coordination with your team to ensure adequate coverage. Due to the nature of our work and the handling of sensitive data, working from home is usually not possible.

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and skillset, with an emphasis on valuing your current contributions to the company. Additionally, we provide annual profit-sharing bonuses that are distributed among team members, with payouts ranging from a month's to a full year's salary based on the corporation's profits before tax. These bonuses are typically paid after the close of the fiscal year.

Throughout the year, we monitor team performance and target achievement and offer Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) payouts to incentivize and reward exceptional contributions. We believe in valuing the entire team's efforts and recognize individuals' exceptional input through STIP payments, awarded at a line manager's discretion.

It's important to note that profit-sharing bonuses are only paid based on the previous year's financial results to employees employed during that year. Additionally, STIP payments are possible on an individual basis if an employee makes a significant, personal contribution to an innovative design or cost-saving measure that benefits all stakeholders: 1) customers, 2) employees, and 3) shareholders.
